European Academy has been asked to organize an in-house, tailored course for the Swedish Defence Research Agency (FOI). FOI consists one of Europe’s leading research institutes in defence and security, seeking to meet future challenges through science and technology and, long-term, to contribute in forming a safer world. The course was implemented within the institute’s premises in Stockholm and lasted for two days, from 30 September to 1 October 2019. Approximately 15 employees holding senior positions in FOI’s research and project management participated in the course. The course emphasized on the European Project Management Methodology PM² and its application to Horizon 2020 programmes, taking into consideration the institute’s specific needs and projects.
