Our in-class course on Management and Coordination of EC Funded Projects; The PM² Methodology, was hosted in Brussels this time, at Warwick Brussels hotel, from 26 to 27 June 2023.

Led by one of the main contributors to the PM² Methodology, the two-day course provided a comprehensive exploration of the PM² Methodology for the coordination of multi-party project work, but also for the effective reporting and smooth communication with the Project Officers of the European Commission. Through engaging sessions and group exercises, participants gained valuable insights into project management principles, best practices, and strategies specific to EC funded projects.

Participants acquired practical tools and techniques to enhance project outcomes, streamline coordination efforts, and ensure successful project delivery within the EUfunding context.
