European Academy is pleased to announce the successful completion of its in-class course titled “Management and Coordination of EC Funded Projects: The PM² Methodology,” held in Luxembourg. This course took place on March 11th and 12th, 2024, providing participants with critical skills and knowledge essential for managing and coordinating European funded projects effectively.
Over the course of two days, led by a highly experienced trainer, attendees delved into the PM² Methodology—a tailored framework developed specifically for the management of EU funded projects. The participants explored fundamental project management principles and best practices, equipping them to adeptly handle the complexities associated with coordinating EU projects.
The training sessions included a variety of interactive elements such as practical exercises, engaging discussions, and detailed case studies, all designed to underscore the real-world application of the PM² Methodology. The curriculum comprehensively addressed crucial aspects of project management including planning, risk management, stakeholder engagement, monitoring and reporting, quality assurance, and effective project closure.
