On February 5-6, 2024, participants from diverse backgrounds joined the virtual course, Mastering Erasmus+ Proposal Development: From Project Concept to Winning Proposal. This intensive online training was designed to equip professionals with the strategies and skills needed to design compelling, fundable proposals within the Erasmus+ 2021-2027 framework.

The course provided a detailed roadmap to navigate the proposal development process. Participants started by exploring the structure and priorities of the Erasmus+ program, gaining insight into identifying the most suitable funding calls. Through engaging, hands-on exercises, they practiced aligning their project ideas with Erasmus+ objectives and used needs analysis tools like SWOT and PEST to ensure their proposals are strategically sound and impactful.

The second day of the training focused on building sustainable project frameworks. Participants learned how to create strong impact plans, develop communication strategies for broad outreach, and build effective partnerships that enhance project longevity. Budgeting techniques were also a core part of the agenda, with a focus on lump-sum budgeting strategies specific to Erasmus+, helping attendees craft realistic and compelling financial proposals.

One of the highlights was the interactive workshops, where attendees collaborated on drafting mock proposals, allowing them to put theory into practice immediately. The virtual setting also fostered networking, with participants exchanging ideas and best practices with peers from various sectors and countries.
