European Academy completed another comprehensive two-day in-class training course on “Management and Coordination of EC Funded Projects: The PM² Methodology.” Held at the Warwick Brussels Hotel on February 1st and 2nd, 2024, the training was meticulously designed to deepen participants’ understanding of the PM² methodology in the context of European funded projects.
The course agenda was structured to cover a broad range of topics. Day 1 focused on the fundamentals of project management methodologies, emphasizing the initial stages of project planning and setup. Day 2 advanced into the practical aspects of executing, monitoring, and driving impact within projects, culminating in a session on strategies for obtaining PM² certification. A significant feature of the course was a detailed discussion on how the PM² methodology can be leveraged to enhance the efficiency of public administration in Eastern European nations.
By the conclusion of the training, participants had gained a robust understanding of the PM² methodology’s governance model, life cycle, and practical implementation strategies to enhance project outcomes. The event also fostered an opportunity for building stronger collaborative relationships among professionals from various regions, emphasizing the value of shared knowledge and continuous learning.
