In the frame of this Financial Administration & Auditing Preparation for E.C. Funded Projects course, our expert had to cover various participants’ questions on contracts, such as how to avoid conflict of interest when entering into a contract and/or subcontract, what type of contract is to be regarded as a subcontract and what as other direct costs etc. Other main discussions that emerged during the training refer to addressing project budget modifications within the project duration and substantiating costs whose invoices were issued with delays, several months after the project’s end date. Once again, this session exceeded our expectations!
