On April 22-23, 2024, European Academy conducted a specialized in-house training on Management and Coordination of EC Funded Projects; The PM² Methodology for the International Council for the Exploration of the Sea (ICES) at their headquarters in Copenhagen, Denmark. This intensive two-day session, led by Dr. Danijela Ciric Lalic, an Assistant Professor from the University of Novi-Sad and certified PM² professional, was expertly tailored to meet ICES’s specific project management requirements for EU-funded initiatives.
Dr. Lalic’s expertise in PM² methodology, along with her extensive experience in EU-funded project management and training, enriched the program, making it highly practical and aligned with ICES’s operational needs. Sessions covered key PM² methodologies, including the governance model, life cycle phases, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and project closure processes. Participants engaged in interactive workshops to develop and apply essential PM² artefacts, enhancing their readiness for managing European Commission-funded projects with confidence and precision.
European Academy’s customizable approach ensures our in-house training programs deliver targeted value, addressing each organization’s unique challenges.
