About ESG4PMChange
The ESG4PMChange project represents a collaborative effort among Higher Education Institutions (HEIs), Vocational Education and Training (VET) providers, PM² Alliance, and business actors. This initiative pioneers innovative approaches, including the development of standardized professional profiles, competency frameworks, Living Labs, and a micro-credential framework, to empower the next generation of project management professionals with critical ESG skills.
Key objectives include:
- Conducting an education gap analysis to align current offerings with labor market needs.
- Designing an ESG-focused curriculum and competency framework.
- Launching a digital resource hub with MOOCs and OER to make ESG project management knowledge widely accessible.
- Establishing a structured micro-credential framework for professional recognition.
