The PM² Project Management Methodology for European Funded Projects training, which took place on the 23rd and 24th of November, 2023 in Frankfurt, has recently concluded. The participants explored the depths of the PM² methodology, gaining the necessary tools to efficiently manage and lead European funded projects.

The training provided a blend of theoretical knowledge and practical exercises, equipping attendees with the competencies to tackle the complexities of European funded projects confidently, facilitating learning from peers, and ensuring a thorough grasp of the PM² framework. 

The practical engagement enabled participants to directly implement the lessons learned, significantly boosting their comprehension and mastery of the PM² methodology.
