The GreenTech Horizons project is an ambitious initiative aimed at fostering the twin green and digital transitions in higher education and the workforce. Recognizing the urgent need for sustainable development and digital transformation, the project brings together leading universities, vocational education providers, and industry partners from Europe, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, and Mongolia. By developing and piloting a competency-oriented learning ecosystem, GreenTech Horizons seeks to bridge skills gaps and empower students, educators, and professionals with the green, digital, and business acumen necessary to thrive in the evolving job market.

At its core, the project is built on curriculum innovation, e-learning solutions, and industry collaboration. It will modernize university programs by integrating green technologies, digital competencies, and entrepreneurship training into education systems. Through the development of MOOCs, Open Educational Resources (OERs), and specialized training workshops, GreenTech Horizons ensures that learning is accessible, flexible, and future-proof.
