European Academy has just completed another online course on the PM² Project Management Methodology for EU-Funded Projects, attracting participants from diverse regions, including the United Arab Emirates, Spain, Georgia, Finland, and Belgium. Held via Zoom on 7-8 November 2024, this course underscores the global appeal of mastering EU project management standards.
Developed by the European Commission, the PM² methodology offers a structured approach to managing projects throughout their lifecycle, emphasizing effective governance, stakeholder engagement, and quality assurance. Participants engaged in interactive sessions that covered key aspects such as project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure. These sessions provided practical insights into tailoring PM² practices to meet the specific needs of EU-funded initiatives.
The course also featured hands-on workshops, allowing attendees to apply PM² tools and artefacts in real-world scenarios. This practical approach enabled participants to enhance their project management skills, ensuring alignment with EU standards and improving the success rates of their projects.
