Our online training course on “PM² Project Management Methodology for EU Funded Projects” ended with the best impressions. Among other interesting topics, the attendees expressed their keenness on the initiation phase of project management, which constitutes the “key message” of a project as the stakeholders must set their limits and goals from the beginning and take the reins of the whole process. Also, the differences between inputs and the corresponding outcomes were thoroughly analysed and discussed, with both the tutor and participants sharing insightful points based on their direct experience. At the same time, attendees were interested in learning more about the key elements that make a project successful, as well as the special features that define a project owner in an EU funded project and further details regarding the BM Scientific Coordinators in RIA projects.
