The 2-day training course on PM², the European Commission’s standard Project Management Methodology, which took place in Athens between 14 and 15 July, concluded with the best impressions. Following our attendees’ interest, our tutor was pleased to answer a wide range of queries regarding the practical application of PM² in Horizon Europe projects. In this frame, participants were eager to elaborate on the process of tailoring PM² to different types and sizes of projects, which was one of the main topics for discussion during the second day. Despite the short time, a well bonded team got created, facilitating enriched and diverse experience based on the exchange of information. Thank you all for your active involvement!
