Our PM² expert has once again conducted an intensive 2-day course on Management and Coordination of EC Funded Projects; The PM² Methodology, this time in Brussels, between 12 and 13 December. The training covered a wide range of topics, with participants showing great attention to the application of PM² in Horizon Europe projects and our expert answering different question types, due to the diversity of the specific group of participants, who were coming from various domains. The most discussed topics of this session included risk management, quality management, as well as communication and stakeholder management.
