November’s in-class training course on the “Management and Coordination of EC Funded Projects; The PM² Methodology” was held in Frankfurt between 21 and 22 November. The two-day event was already fully booked two months before the start of the course and attracted participants from various countries across the European Union. Throughout the course, structured discussions on the fundamentals of project management, the PM² project lifecycle, the roles and responsibilities of project team members, and best practices for implementing the PM² methodology in real-world scenarios took place. Participants expressed interest in the use and analysis of templates, and our expert was happy to extend the duration of this session, allocating enough time to respond to all questions.
