September’s session of our Management and Coordination of EC Funded Projects; The PM² Methodology course has been hosted in Lisbon at Dom Pedro Lisboa Hotel and was, once again, fully booked. With another international group of participants coming from different countries accross the EU, our expert answered a diverse range of questions, covering important topics, such as project governance and the closing phase artefacts, with a focus on the project-end review meeting and the project-end report, as well as the relevant inputs and steps. Most attendees were already quite experienced and have therefore introduced interesting and constructive points for discussion, constantly reinforcing the collaboration and interaction with their peers. The course closed not only with the best impressions for both participants and the tutor but also with fundamental knowledge gained. Always a pleasure to welcome such active groups!
