The European Academy has successfully conducted a two-day training course on the PM² Methodology for EU-funded projects on January 19th and 20th. The course was delivered entirely online and provided participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to start implementing some of the PM² best practices and, therefore, increase the quality of their project management. Attendees praised the high-quality content, interactive format, and experienced trainer, a Project Management Consultant specializing in Project Management Methodologies and Organizational Project Management Maturity and Co-Author of the PM² (2012) and Agile PM² (2014) Project Management Methodologies.
