The online course was highly interactive, with plenty of opportunities for questions, discussion, and hands-on exercises. During the group work sessions, attendees had the chance to collaborate with each other on practical exercises and case studies, which reinforced their learning and provided opportunities to apply the PM² methodology in a simulated project environment.
Participants were encouraged to share their personal experiences and challenges in managing EU-funded projects, allowing the trainer to provide personalized feedback and insights. Overall, the course provided a dynamic and engaging learning experience that left participants confident and well-equipped to apply the PM² methodology to their own projects.
