Between 20 and 21 June 2024, project leaders and coordinators gathered at the Warwick Brussels hotel for an in-depth course on Management and Coordination of EC Funded Projects: The PM² Methodology. This focused training offered participants a unique opportunity to deepen their understanding of PM², the European Commission’s project management methodology, tailored specifically for EU-funded initiatives.
With a mix of presentations, practical exercises, and collaborative discussions, attendees explored key aspects of effective project coordination, from planning to stakeholder management.
