Another Proposal Writing for Research & Innovation Projects course has been carried out successfully. This time, we had the chance to elaborate on the various funding opportunities provided through the European Innovation Council’s programmes, as most participants were working for either companies or associated research institutes. Being one of the novelties introduced by the Horizon Europe programme, attendees were interested in learning more about the EU Missions, while interest in additional funding mechanisms was also expressed, such as Cohesion Policy Member State Programmes and Interregional Cooperation Programmes. Our expert was happy to explain further some topics, such as building impact pathways and linking them to project goals and objectives and dealing with quantification and statistics, providing common examples according to attendees’ experience and knowledge. Finally, the tutor offered participants some tips on calculating their projects’ budget, covering both collaborative and single partner EU projects. Thank you all for an excellent training session!
