The two-day in-class course on “Management and Coordination of EC Funded Projects,” held at the Mediterranean Palace in Thessaloniki on April 29th and 30th, 2024, concluded successfully, with particularly positive feedback from participants. Our expert instructor addressed a wide range of questions on the best practices for managing and coordinating EU-funded projects.
One of the key topics of interest was how to tailor management strategies to different project sizes and levels of complexity. This subject was explored in depth during the second day of the course, sparking productive discussions. This course provided an opportunity for participants to exchange valuable experiences and practical insights, fostering a strong sense of collaboration.
We would like to thank all attendees for their active participation and meaningful contributions throughout the sessions.
