On November 28, 2023, European Academy delivered an in-house training program via Zoom on Proposal Writing for Horizon Europe Projects for the University of Maribor. Led by Dr. Danijela Ćirić Lalić, an Assistant Professor and seasoned expert in EU-funded projects, the course empowered participants with critical skills for crafting competitive Horizon Europe proposals, from understanding EU priorities to constructing effective impact and implementation strategies.
Dr. Ćirić Lalić’s deep expertise in managing EU-funded initiatives and her active role in Erasmus+ and Horizon Europe projects enabled her to share practical insights, helping participants align their research ideas with EU objectives while meeting Horizon Europe’s rigorous requirements. - Crafting High-Impact Research Proposals: Techniques for maximizing impact through effective communication, dissemination, and exploitation strategies, with special attention to Key Impact Pathways (KIPs).
- Developing a Credible Implementation Plan: Best practices for designing work plans, timelines, and consortium structures that ensure clarity and accountability throughout project phases.
